When we are in deep sleep, the Alarm clock rings at the set time and we woke-up. We can set the time for wake-up either in our Alarm clock or in our Mobile Phone / PC / Laptop. We get- up from bed when we hear the alarm early in the morning.
Offer your first prayer to the almighty when you woke-up in the early morning. Chant the name of your favourite God repeatedly and repeatedly. He will take care of all your needs and he will be with you always all the time during day and night. Chanting Lord's Name repeatedly gives Energy to our mind and helps us to concentrate on our activities. We need to attribute our success to the Lord and we need to Thank the Lord at theend of the day before we go to bed every day.
